Isabel Myers-Briggs refined Carl Jung’s psychological types and developed the popular Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, or MBTI. It identifies sixteen personality types based on four dimension pairs.

Extraversion - Energized by social interaction
Introversion - Energized by solitude

Sensation - Concrete reality is more reliable
INtuition - Abstract possibilities are more interesting

Thinking – Base decisions on objective criteria
Feeling – Base opinions on subjective values

Judging – Seek closure
Probing – Keep options open
